    1. Engraving intensity refers to the intensity of the laser that strikes the surface of the material.     Second, the size of the beam of the engraving machine can be adjusted by using lenses with different focal lengths. Small spot lenses are used for high resolution engraving. Large spot lenses are used for lower resolution engraving, but for vector cutting, it is the best choice. The standard configuration for the new device is a 2.0 inch lens. Its spot size is in the middle and is suitable for all kinds of occasions.
    Third, the engraving speed refers to the speed at which the laser head moves, usually expressed by IPS (inches per second), and high speed brings high production efficiency. Speed ​​is also used to control the depth of the cut. For a given laser intensity, the slower the speed, the greater the depth of the cut or engraving. You can adjust the speed with the engraver panel or with your computer's print driver. In the range of 1% to 100%, the adjustment range is 1%.

The reason why the engraving machine lettering is not smooth

The effect engraved by the engraving machine does not necessarily meet the requirements of the customer 100%, especially if the engraved effect is not smooth enough, it is necessary to find out the reason and deal with it in time. However, when we are actually working, if this happens, it is mainly the reason for these two aspects: the engraving machine manufacturer
1. The gap between the y-axis or the x-axis of the engraving machine may also have a gap between the two axes at the same time, which causes the sway during the engraving process to cause the engraving path to be deviated and the lettering is not smooth;
Second, the linear speed of the engraving machine and the curve speed are too different, causing the engraving machine to vibrate too much when the curve is taken, so that the engraving path is deviated and the lettering is not smooth. How to solve it accordingly?
The first reason is that if the engraving machine is a round rail, it is necessary to change the rail or the slider, the action will be relatively large, depending on the reason. If it is a square rail, it is much simpler. Just adjust the up and down or front and rear sliders;
If it is the second reason, change the speed of the line or curve, and change the value to determine the parameters of the engraving machine itself.
