6. Install the engraving knives on the lower end of the main shaft through the collet chuck. When loading the knife, first put a suitable size of the spring chuck in the spindle cone hole, then put the cutter into the middle hole of the chuck, and use a random small wrench to clamp the flat groove of the spindle neck so that it can not be rotated. Turn the large wrench counterclockwise to tighten the spindle screw and tighten the tool.

4. Turn on the power and operate the machine.

2. Using the handheld controller, adjust the X, Y, and Z axes separately to align the starting point of the engraving work (processing origin). The spindle speed and the feed speed are appropriately selected to keep the engraving machine in the work waiting state.

Solution: Improve the accuracy of the retainer, select the bearing with small clearance or apply preload to the bearing, reduce the torque load, reduce the installation error, and choose good grease.
Second, the sound of sly
When the motor is running without load, it emits a sound similar to a buzzer, and the motor has an abnormal axial vibration, and there is a click when turning on or off.
Solution: Many motors with poor lubrication and ball bearings in winter and at both ends are mainly unstable vibrations caused by axial vibration when the shaft alignment performance is not good.
Third, the impurity sound
Caused by bearings or high-quality cleanliness, an irregular abnormal sound is emitted, sometimes there is no sound, large and small, and occurs frequently on high-speed motors.
Solution: use good grease, improve the cleanliness before grease injection, strengthen the sealing performance of the bearing, and improve the cleanliness of the installation environment.
Fourth, the sound of sly
The sound frequency varies with the bearing speed, and the surface waviness of the part is the main cause of noise.
Solution: Improve the processing quality of the bearing raceway surface, reduce the waviness amplitude, reduce the bump, correct the clearance preload and fit, check the operation of the free end bearing, and improve the precision installation method of the shaft and the bearing housing.
